We aim to provide good quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Approved cancellations may be subject to payment gateway or processing charges.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Missing item in parcel

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📹 Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

For any complaint regarding damaged, missing, or wrong products, a clear parcel opening video is mandatory.

The video must:

Start before opening the package
Clearly show the shipping label
Show the full unboxing process without cuts or pauses
Clearly show the product received

Please note:
Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or replacement claim will be accepted.

Refund Policy

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or provided bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only for damaged or wrong products.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Minor color differences due to lighting/photo effects

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Parcel refusal

then shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
